Every plant burns a little differently. We source coal straight from the mine and prepare it to the size, cleanliness and quality your process needs, with the analysis shared before you buy.
Run-of-mine coal comes out in every size from dust to boulders. We crush and screen it so every lump suits your feeder, kiln or boiler grate.
Typical ranges. We size to the specification your plant runs on.
Mined coal carries stones, shale and other foreign material. We separate it out and screen off excess fines, so you pay for coal, not rock.
Washing separates the heavier, ash-rich material from the coal. You get lower ash, a higher and steadier heat value, and less ash to handle at your plant.
Run-of-mine coal is the most economical choice when your plant can take it as it comes. When it cannot, we blend coal from different sources to reach the heat value and ash you need.
We share the analysis before you buy, so you know what your plant will burn. Fixed carbon matters most for sponge iron; heat value and ash for boilers and kilns.
